What you are buying

There are two plans. “Keep for 30 days” leaves the link open for 30 days after payment. “Forever valid” leaves it open with no end date. The price is shown in USD before you pay.

Moving a 30-day gift to forever is a separate purchase of the difference.

When it is delivered

The gift is delivered as soon as Creem confirms the payment. The link appears on the confirmation page and in your account. Check the blessing, photos, and plan before you pay, because the link is ready immediately.

When we refund

We refund the full amount if payment succeeds but we never create a working link, or the link fails because of a problem on our side and we cannot fix it in a reasonable time. We refund a duplicate charge for the same gift.

We also refund if you email us within 24 hours of payment and the gift has not been opened. Opened means someone has used the unwrap action on that link.

When we do not refund

A 30-day link ending is the plan you chose, not a reason for a refund. After the link has been delivered and works, we do not refund once 24 hours have passed, or once the gift has been opened — whichever comes first.

We do not refund because the wording or photos were changed after the link was sent, or because the recipient did not like the surprise. Write to us before starting a bank dispute. We will look at the order first.

Where the law gives you a cooling-off right for digital content, that right can end once the link is delivered, because you asked us to provide the gift immediately. This policy does not take away any right that cannot be waived where you live.

How to ask

Email 309026159@qq.com from the address on your account. Include the order number from your account and the gift link. If we approve a refund, Creem returns it to the original payment method. Banks often take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

After a refund

We turn that gift link off, and it will no longer open. If we refund only a forever upgrade, the gift returns to the plan it had before the upgrade.
